Настройка клиентской станции Ubuntu Intrepid для работы с LDAP

• Устанавливаем пакеты

aptitude install ldap-auth-client ldap-auth-config

• Вводим параметры:

Should debconf manage LDAP configuration?                    YES
LDAP server Uniform Resource Identifier:                     ldap://192.168.10.2:389
Distinguished name of the search base:                       dc=ntc,dc=local
LDAP version to use:                                         3
Make local root Database admin:                              YES
Does the LDAP database require login?                        NO
LDAP account for root:                                       cn=manager,dc=ntc,dc=local
LDAP root account password:                                  M****<first sim cyr alph>*
Local crypt to use when changing passwords:                  md5

• Копируем файл настройки ldap:

cp /etc/ldap/ldap.conf /etc/

• В файле /etc/ldap.conf проверяем параметры

base dc=ntc,dc=local
uri ldap://192.168.10.2:389
ldap_version 3
rootbinddn cn=manager,dc=ntc,dc=local
pam_password md5
nss_initgroups_ignore user,savahi,avahi utoipd,backup,bin,daemon,games,gdm,gnats,haldaemon,hplip,irc,klog,libuuid,list,lp,mail,
 man,messagebus,mysql,news,polkituser,proxy,pulse,root,saned,sshd,statd,sync,sys,syslog,uucp,www-data

• Создаем файл /etc/ldap.secret

cat "">/etc/ldap.secret

• В файле /etc/nsswitch.conf настраиваем параметры

passwd:         files ldap
group:          files ldap
shadow:         files ldap

• Перезагружаемся - должно работать ;-)
